My February 2020 Stats Are In!
I hope you all had a wonderful and productive February. Mine wasn't as productive as it should have been. Lots of events happened that kind of threw off my productivity. I got sick and couldn't do much of anything for a couple weeks. Don't worry, it wasn't the Coronavirus lol. But here is my stats so far.
I saw a total of 4 conversions into various affiliate programs. No WA referrals this month. I am just putting the finishing touches on my new WA marketing campaign so it should be ready to launch very soon.
The Google Update
At the end of January my site took a hit in rankings from a Google Update. Throughout all of February my site had lackluster traffic compared to previous months. However, I am not very concerned because my site looks like it is heading back up in rankings once again. March and April should see some improvements again.
The SEO Agency
Also, February was the first full month of on boarding with an SEO agency. My brother actually has an SEO agency, so I know it typically takes a few months to start to see any results. However, just having them take care of my website and content while I have been focusing on creating my new product has been a great help.
My Big Tasks In March
This month I will be launching my new product and new marketing campaign aimed at increasing WA referrals and conversions. Since my marketing assets are finally done, I need to build out the pages of the funnel, and write some email campaigns.
Also, my plan is to roll out a revised version of my content distribution strategy. I am currently putting out 8 pieces of content per month. With my current resources using my revised strategy, I believe that I will be able to double this to 16 per month, maybe even more if I have any more spare time.
Once I am bringing in sufficient revenue, I am going to work on scaling my content distribution even more. I am confident I will be able to create and publish 64 content pieces per month in just one to two hours per day.
