I need to authenticate mailchimp with a cname dkim and spf text, how do I go about doing that?

This is an absolute nightmare - I'm contacting Site Support for the 4th time, live chat can only offer suggestions to links for tips to this up, Kyle responded and said many users here use MailChimp and to reach out to some of them.
I can't log-in to any cpanel or anything else to set this up myself. This has been a very tiring process. Has anyone else here been able to set this up through mailchimp?

I wanted to do a niche about Gluten free and one about law. Ideas?
I think they are great. The thing to remember is a niche is a group of people that you plan to target. Gluten free is a great niche topic. So is law. Just don't forget that your niche is a group of people interested in something.
