It's too late to apply, but only for this go-round. Kyle said this in his post:
"This is a pilot program and if this works, it may be something that we run more regularly and may be something that we actually build technology around."
That sounds promising! Plus, botipton started a mentoring support group (called "Gogetters"): one of the rules for the participants is:
"You have to be willing to at least once a week to write a post here on Wealthy Affiliate telling members what you have learned and how it is working". Gogetters Project Final Update Before Lift Off I think we'll learn a LOT from those posts.
DaveSw has recently spearheaded several mentoring support groups, but I don't know if the participants will post much about it here. (They probably will though: we WAers LOVE to share what we learn).

In his Wealthy Affiliate Mentoring Group post (posted just two days ago), Dave said this: "There is room for more members if you are looking to join this group..." Maybe that's something you'd be interested in? Here's the link: Formation Meeting Mentoring Group - Wealthy Affiliate (I didn't check to see if any of his other groups are still accepting applications).
There's exciting stuff going on and even those of us not in one of the mentoring groups will benefit.
It's even possible, after the groups wrap up their projects, some of the participants will start mentoring groups too! That's not anything I have official word of, but it's something I'm hoping for.

Thanks so much for taking the time to post all this for me! You're a star : ) Before I went into hospital I did put myself forward for Dave's mentoring groups so I'll definitely take a look at what I've missed there.
After reading all the great things that are going on here I don't feel so bad at all now about missing out on Kyle's group...well I haven't missed out on anything really have I, as you've so wonderfully pointed out.

There is plenty for you to tap into to help you here. That is one of the things that is so good about Wealthy Affiliate.
My comment isn't there either, and I responded just after it was posted.
I feel that this post has already pushed me to work harder, push ahead, work 5 hours a day on my sites and to learn more than I did the day before.
My conclusion is if I am not picked to become a Super Affiliate that's fine because I can do this. Sure being part of a group would be an asset, and I would benefit from many minds.
I have a saying "If it is to be It is up to Me" so that's my motto and has been for years.
I've got this regardless

That archived version is the version that Google retrieved at a certain date and time. If you commented on Kyle's post after Google retrieved this, then you are not going to see your comment here, because your comment has yet to be written.
It's good to have something like that here. It stirs people's blood enough to make them going. But don't we have lessons here that when followed diligently can equally turn us into super affiliates?
I hope people who would not be picked get going with the lessons. If followed diligently, we'll see each other at the finish line, whether picked by Kyle, or not.

I agree: taking action on the lessons and trainings could turn us all into super affiliates.
The problem is, some people (myself included) struggle more than others. I think that's why so few members qualify for the Las Vegas Super Affiliate Conference each year.
Kyle's post says everyone in his group who follows his instructions will be a super affiliate in only ONE year! It's very exciting and I'm very happy for those he chooses. (I didn't apply).
I don't know how many he'll choose, but can you imagine if the 2019 conference group photo had 100 members in it? Heck, even 50 would be a big increase.
Just thinking of it does, as you said, stir the blood!

Exactly what I was thinking.
Kyle did indicate I think that he was going to see if they could 'automate' that process once they have done it.
Different people learn in different ways as well, and being in a group or being held accountable will guide people to do what they should be doing.
Yes, exactly.
Everyone has lessons and access to training and tools that will turn them into super affiliates and I made I clear within this training that I don't want people to deviate from niches that they are currently working on (as that should be the primary focus).
