I have no credit card or MasterCard. and it is not allowed in my country Ethiopia. could you create a MasterCard for me in your country?
The best solution to this problem is for you to identify any of your freinds or relatives with PayPal, Credit Card or MasterCard.
All you need to do is to give them the cash for your registrations.
If they are not in the same location with you, you can trasnfer the money to them and send your details to them.
You will however need to trust them do the registration for you and not spend your money.
