My uncle recently purchased a domain under his name, and he wants me to build the site and host it. Is there any reason I would not be able to do this either through WA or anot

Yes, if they change the DNS of the domain to point to the hosting here.

Can I host a domain purchased in someone else's name on wa?

As someone who is new to affiliate marketing, I have stumbled across a number of "programs" offering to reveal a "dirty little secret" about the trade, and implanting feelings

Thank you, to nagyn for asking this question, and to all of those who replied. I, too, continue to receive promotions where Dean Holland says, on a continuous basis which raises a red flag right there, that he has only “500 FREE copies” of his program that finally reveals what the supposed “dirty little secret of Affiliate marketing is,” & so I only need to pay the $4.95 Shipping & Handling fee. However, I’ve watched & listened very closely to his videos & have heard him reference his “Premium Program“ that he’s hoping I’ll buy, bcuz, after all, he did ‘give’ me his free secret that will allow me to finally make money via affiliate marketing. So Thanks again!!!

Thanks everyone for the feedback. The question still remains though, "What is the dirty little secret?"

The answer is there is no 'dirty little secret'. It's marketing hype. Follow the training here at WA and you will build a solid foundation. Most of marketing is common sense. People buy solutions not products. People don't like to hear the word 'improved' because it makes them feel like they have failed and need to improve - things like that.
When writing headlines you should always speak to your audiences pain points and then show them how you can solve their problem with your product or service.
oh and the most important thing - have honesty and integrity.

That is exactly what I figured, and I fully agree. I know from my own perspective that when someone makes me feel like I'm not good enough, I walk away. I could never market the way Holland does because there is no honesty or integrity. I appreciate you answering my question, just for perspective sake. It is a valuable lesson to me about marketing hype and how to make people hate you. I sent Holland a really NASTY personal message about his lack of honesty and integrity, and instructed him to stop what he is doing before the whole world learns to hate him. Unfortunately, I don't think people like him really care about any of that, but at least he knows how I feel about it. Luckily, I didn't buy into his program, but he sure does have a way of approaching my inbox aggressively, so I put an end to that.

Hi Nicholas, follow your guts feeling!

There are a few good ones out there to follow but unfortunately Dean Holland is NOT one of them. I have a client who is a UK internet marketer and I did their 'application' process for research for my client. I was not impressed with any of his reps answers to my questions. It was good research though :)

Thanks Rich. I could feel in my bones that this was not a good company. It almost feels like the devil whispering in your ear, type of thing. I appreciate your response and for the link to this article. It has put things into clear perspective, though I still don't understand, what is the "dirty little secret?" Or is there one? I feel WA has provided me with enough info to become successful, so perhaps he is just playing on common knowledge and addressing it as a secret? I think at this point, WA will be the ONLY marketing program I buy into. WA is being proven daily to be the best platform available for affiliate marketing, and because of responses from people like yourself, I know that I am in a good place. Thanks again.

No probs. you're most welcome! :)
