If you show some statistics perhaps you might get some answer. How many really click? Speaking about experience with Amazon, conversion 5-7% is considered normal.
Can they lie? Most likely yes. But my guess is this is why people use those services like ShareAsale, so it should be fair play.

From my understanding there is a slight time delay between making a sale and receiving credit for the sale. I've never had any problems with ShareASale, at least that I am aware of.

I really like it but I have some problems which I can't solve. For example: I tried at least 100 times to change my header but it doesn't change at all :(
Please share the theme here and probably somebody can help.
If you know what you are doing, then I believe you are using some free theme. They are very restricted in the features.
Paid themes make life much easier by giving you the flexibility.
I use Divi & Extra from Elegant Themes.

I don't want to quit but I can't afford paying my membership this month. What will happen then and will my profile be deleted ( I really hope It won't)
As far as I understand, you have a period to move your hosting to another hosting supplier.
After you cancel, sometime in the future, you may decide to rejoin, use:
https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/resubscribe
This will reconnect your entire account, including your payment price, your profile, all your websites, your rank, etc. I would imagine that it does part of this process, based on your current email address that you are using with WA.
