Hi if you click on the rank button under your profile picture it will show you your ranking graphs and how the ranking is worked out. It is not a monetary thing, the ranking moves according to how active you are in this community.

Be active in the community is the main thing. Help other people in answering their questions (if you can), and taking part in Live Chat. You need to post WA blogs, and training too regularly. Be an Ambassador at WA in 2017!
