Do You Have A Habit?
Hello Guys ‘n Dolls, it’s me again.
It is my plan to make you think a wee bit today…think about YOU!
They say it takes 21 days to perfect or instill a habit. Basically, anything that you do without logically’ thinking – is a habit. You breathe without thinking – yes, it is a habit – one that you learned after you left the womb. Of course, while you were in the womb, you also had a habit of breathing – under water!
However, let’s fast forward to now – adulthood. There are things that we consciously choose to do at first before we find that they have become habits. Their effect on our lives helps determine their usefulness.
Here is a guideline I read and thought it might be worthwhile sharing:
H - Humility
A - Authenticity
B - Bravery
I - Intention
T -Tenacity
What do you think? Would love to hear your feedback!

These are the essential ingredients that envokes us to form habits M. Bad habits are easily formed as other external forces can influence us into creating them. On the other hand, good habits are harder to form as it takes time and repetitive actions to form them.

Indeed, J, indeed. It is all about focus, focus, focus - whether good or bad. Then again, EVERYTHING is relative - relative to one's perception of it.

Bad habits are a killer. For instance, if you can forgo TV for 21 days, the tasks that other people pile on do not seem so onerous. You can even introduce some achievement tasks of your own.
Thanks Michelle, I'm always looking to create good habits such as being in the right place for new ideas. Such as that cool sign off you have on your posts. Where do you get those things? I noticed other members have the same cool sign off logo.and I want one!
Thanks
Thnx John. SO to get your 'cool sign off' just write - 'animated images' in the search box at the top of your page and choose any of the tutorials done by other WA members.
You will find one to help you. Let me know how it goes.
