Google Is Taking Notice!
Hello Guys 'n Dolls!
I hope you are just 'absorbing' the great platform here at Wealthy Affiliate... I know I am!
It is such a great place of learning.
I have learned so much when it comes to creating websites, SEO tips, traffic creation, and so much more as it pertains to the world wide web!
It is a great investment in my educational growth and now working towards my financial growth.
I just wanted to share something.
So, being a member of one of the mastermind groups here at Wealty Affiliate, one thing that we 'have been commissioned' to do - and I lose the term loosely, because if you want to improve your website then you have to do the work - is to go over you older or earlier posts and revamp them using the renewed knowledge suggested by our mentor.
I have been doing just that.
But wait...
I have also been actively implementing all the 'renewed knowledge' on my new posts and guess what...
In the last month, I have been getting Google Index notices on ALL of my posts...and get this...within ONE day of being published.
How cool is that?
Uber- Kool!!
I am thrilled.
It just goes to show that if you do the work, results will follow.
SO, that being said, it does not hurt to go over the stuff you learned in the beginning. A little refresher does not hurt, and surely helps!
Have a great weekend!
Namaste
Michelle

Thanks Michelle,
Great points. I've been thinking of going through and overhauling my first few posts now that i have better working knowledge of how to use headers and subtitles (among other things).
Cheers, Brad
Thnx and you're welcome, B. Yes, it is a lot of work, however, with what we would have learned up a certain point, it will make things easier to implement.
Good luck.

Thank you, Michelle. Updating has its own rewards by improving the content and relationship. I knew it had SEO rewards, too. But to get picked up by google and reranked in one day -WoW!
I love that we can revisit our training here over and over again. Often times I have to go back over something more than once for it to truly sink in.
I need to do more revamping and add "new life" to some of my older posts.
Congratulations, Michelle! Thank you for sharing this with us all.
All the best to you,
Sue
Thnx, Sue. Yes, this is great that WA gives up unlimited access continuously as they also update the info...just fabulous!

ps
You are not alone, I do the re-runs too! LOL

Thanks for sharing...I've started doing this myself. Do you change the publish date on posts & blogs that you revamp?
You're welcome, K. No, I don't change the dates. I simple resubmit to Google after I do the edits.
