Amazing goals and how to achieve them.
Amazing goals - this is what all WA members have in common. So, I want to share with you a simple blueprint for achieving your goals. Simple, but not easy.
In short:
1. Make a list of all your goals
2. Subdivide each goal
3. Go through your list of goals regularly
1. Make a list of all your goals - including a target date
The way your goals shall be written are:
- Personal
- Positive
- Present tense
This has the biggest positive impact to get your subconsciousness involved.
2. Subdivide each goal - consider the following:
- Key motivations - write them down - why is this goal important for you
- Most important: What is the immediate next action in order to move yourself closer to this goal?
- Every now and then: Write down how you are doing - this makes your progress visible.
3. Go through your list of goals regularly - at best daily
This is the simplest task to do, but also the most difficult one. It takes only 5 minutes. But your everyday life would prevent you from doing so. You need to create a habit.
Simple, but not easy.
