Followed you with my music account, I still need to set one up for my "money" website. As with everything else social you just need to be active on there. It can be quite time consuming, so I set aside maybe one or two days a week where I spend a little time in there just pinning things I like and creating my boards http://www.pinterest.com/katsember. But I too am just learning in the ins and outs, it blows my mind that people actually spend their time just pinning stuff :P but there is some interesting stuff and ideas you can get from it. Just start following people and pinning and you'll start getting more activity.

It's a social network, you gain followers by following others and repinning their pins. It's one of those give before you get kind of things. I try to follow the 80/20 rule here where only 20% of my pins are my own blog links and affiliate links.
