Best to assume they are not royalty free for commercial purposes. See the excerpt from their terms below. But maybe you can ask the owner for permission. They may have no issues, or maybe they just want attribution.

Hi.
To create your email address, go to SiteRubx (the menu item on the top left under the Live Chat menu item), and click SiteManager. On the SiteManager page, at the top, click SiteEmail.

Then, select the domain for the email address you want to create and type in the name of the email account, then click the "Create" button.
