It seems they are trying to fix a technical difficulty tonight. It's unusual. Just bad timing. :( Be patient. It's normally very fast and dependable. Paula
Chrome should work but this will eliminate the browser as the cause. If that doesn't work, try going to Websites > Site Manager and then clicking on the Refresh button for the site. After that, try the Login button and see if it works.

Does it give you an error code If so when you open a ticket to support make sure to include that information. The more you can offer to them they will know where to look.
I had issues twice this week with my site givinf me 500 and 503 errors, but they got it working for me.
Sorry for the frustration it can happen for technology to have issues.

Is it possible to change your domain name to something else without deleting your website?
Great advice from @BVVugt Matt. Let us know if you have any trouble getting that transfer done!
Unforunately, you can't change a domain name, you'd have to buy a new one. If you're still on a free Siterubix site, you can make a new one (either bought or free) and transfer your old website over to the new one.
No, it's much simpler than that. Go to 'Websites'. Find the website you want to transfer. At the bottom, next to your blue 'login' button, you see other buttons. Click the one that says 'move'.
Simply follow the steps from there and all the content from your website will be transfered to your other website.
