Hi - if you cancel your Premium membership (or if your payment fails), you'll have 30 days in which to move your domain (if you purchased one) to a new host. After that time, your website will be gone. You will, however, still own your domain for as long as you continue to renew it.
Without Premium, you will lose access to the WA platform (you cannot revert to the Starter membership again).
Your WA links will still likely lead people to WA, but since you will no longer be a member, you will not be earning any commissions on referrals.
Will you make $49 through your website before you need to pay for your Premium fee? It's impossible to know for sure, but if you've just started your website a few weeks ago, probably not.
You can backup your website quite easily, and there are a variety of ways to accomplish this. Marion Black has some good training on it: Full Backup With a Plugin
I did not do a paid domain yet its a free domain. so everything I did on the Bootcamp training will be gone? And I thought we can still continue with basic training if we were not doing the premium or unable to do premium till money came through?
Trish - the Starter membership is a free trial. Once you've upgraded to Premium, you cannot go back to the free trial.
The SiteRubix (subdomain) you set up is owned by WA. If you are no longer a member, it will be deleted.
okay, that's understandable. so if I wanted to go on my own and create a website out of WA will I be able to use the same domain name ..I created here or do I have to come up with a new name ? ( sorry for all the questions :-( They just pop in my head after I hit the reply post)
If you're talking about purchasing a domain to set up somewhere else, you'd have to see if the domain name (.com) you wanted was available.
The SiteRubix websites cannot be moved out of WA.

I seen on some profile there are more then the profile picture.. there is more underneath..I would love to show everyone here my daughters my mom and family memories I love bes
Click the Mountain Icon at the top right and that will take you to the picture gallery. You have access to over a million pictures I believe. You can also add your own pictures through this tool. Make sure you size your pictures well. I use a maximum width of 1200 pixels. You don't have to do anything to the pictures in the gallery as they are optimally sized for you.

Are you referring to those other little photos under your profile photo? Those are also profile photos that you can switch around and use at different times. I mostly just use the one I currently have, but once in a while I use a different one. Members can click on the other photos to see them if they want to, although I do not believe that is the intended purpose.

Here are the basic guidelines! Spam is a NO NO! Given that, I think sharing uplifting or appropriate poetry can be acceptable. I share quotes all the time and then expand on the quote.

How does that work? And when do I become one?
We have just rolled out our latest round of algorithm updates. The rank is something that we are constantly evaluating, refining, and improving upon based what makes sense as an "ambassador".
Although this update consisted of MANY updates, a few of the main ones were addressing:
(1) Those that have been helping people for a longer period of time, should have greater rewards than those that have a shorter period of time. New members can still move through the ranks, but someone that has been helping actively for the last 5-6 years shouldn't be ousted by someone that has been here 3 months and is helping around the same amount.
(2) People that are communicating will get rank, but those that are actively helping others will get higher rank.
(3) Those that are actually going through the training and using the tools/services here at WA are going to see their ranks go up, whereas those that are strictly communicating will not be able to achieve as high of a rank.
All of these items have been given careful thought and we feel that they are moves in the right direction.
You will see more shuffles as we move through the year and the ambassador rank algorithmic updates
Ultimately you want to focus on your business, that is your first focus. Naturally being involve here within WA, the training, the discussions, etc....will lead to improvement in your WA rank and your relationships that you will build here within the community.

This update is not before time Kyle as I have noticed an increasing number of new members who are so fixated on becoming an Ambassador its almost an obsession.
Don't they realize they just don't have the knowledge or WA experience to actually warrant Ambassador Status?
I have also noticed that a great deal of the time the answers they give to people will do more harm than good.
The sad thing is that the people getting those answers are newbies as well and don't know any different and take that advice to the detriment of their business.
Then of course its down to the people who have been here for awhile to sort it out for them.
I entirely agree with you that they should be concentrating 100% on creating and building out their business.
After all that's why we are all here.
Hopefully they will read your reply to Trish's question and knuckle down to getting some of the training under their belt and then they cam answer questions based on their own experience.

makes perfect sense this is why I asked the question lol. don't worry I'm concentrating on my business first and building up to get more knowledge like you said robert..I would never dive into something I did not have the knowledge to.. And I do not give advice to someone if I have no right giving and like you said Robert that does more harm then good. Thank you for your feedback, Robert :-)
Thank you, Kyle, for explaining what Ambassador is and does. You clarified my curiosity up for me. I just wanted to know what it was. Don't worry as I said to Robert I'm concerning getting my business running and learning and soaking up all the knowledge of things I did not know before. again thank you for your reply.

I haven't a clue about how the wealthy affiliate algorithm actually works.
But to become an Ambassador means you are consistently helping within the community.
This will involved creating training and helpful blogs.
Responding to questions within Live Chat and commenting.
Giving feedback on members sites etc etc.
The above is just part of it as there is so much more to being an Ambassador.
There's an old adage that goes something like this - Some achieve greatness, some are born with it and some have greatness thrust upon them.
I fall into the latter category as I never set out to be an Ambassador. I just like to help.

If you click your Rank below your name you will see it has three metrics. Helper. Creator and Activity. When you do plenty of these your ranks advances. The more you do eventually you will reach Ambassador. Remember though that so many at the top are also doing these things a lot. So there is plenty of competition.
When you are relatively new, I suggest focusing on the OEC and Affiliate Bootcamp training. That's what will get you closer to your money making goals. But as you are taking action to complete your lessons, your rank will rise because some fo those activities will help you.

Hi - if you look under your photo on your profile page, you will see your rank number. For example, yours is currently 262867. In other words, there are over a quarter of a million people with a higher ranking than you within this community.
You need to be in the top 25 to be an Ambassador.
Your ranking changes on a daily basis and is determined by your activity within WA, it is nothing to do with your website. You can ask and answer questions, welcome new members, write a blog, participate in Live Chat etc.
Please note, being an Ambassador has no perks, bonuses or monetary value, it simply shows you are a trustworthy and respected member of the community.
Working on your website is more important than trying to achieve the status of Ambassador.
That’s a coincidence I too was wondering what it meant and wondered at what point you achieved this status.
