I received an email stating that my payment wasn't processed for whatever reason. How can I find out what payment system I'm using?
During the payment process the WA gives you 2 options 1) pay using your credit card or 2) pay using paypal.
If you have a paypal account and you have a credit card registered with Paypal you can go into your paypal account and see if the transaction was processed.
If you used your credit card - then you would need to contact your credit card company
please cancel my payments right away. Please respond letting me know you have done so thanks..
Go to your account settings and you can delete your account there it is very easy to do.

I requested information Apr 7 and no reply so cancelled Apr 9 thot my renewal was Apr 10, plse reverse the charge of Apr 9 and cancel my account; I hope to resume after sorting out some biz issues, thank you,

Hi Bruce. You need to go into Account Settings and then Manage your Membership and cancel your account for the billings to stop. Usually you cannot get a refund, so you would need to contact Kyle about that, as he is the only one who can help you there. kyle@wealthyaffiliate.com.

If you cancelled your account and it shows it is closed, then you absolutely should not be getting billed any further. I'm sorry this is not resolved. If I could do something to clear it up for you, I would. I just know that Kyle has to be the one to figure it out.

I went there and cancelled Apr 9, and I notice ur billing me again May 9 - why?
