Yes, of course you can. Read this: Can You Cancel A WA Premium Membership And Come Back? Make sure you backup your website as they will only hold it for you for 30 days.

I have seen training by other WA members that I wanted to view at a later date. I clicked the yellow star so I could see them another time, but Where do I find them?
Click on the star where it says Ask your question
at the top and scroll to that saved training..
Just click on the white star in the search bar.
A drop down menu opens and all your favorites are there. :)
