when logging in to my website, I recently noticed a bunch of other admins added to the list of users. Should I be concerned?
Yes, if you haven’t added them yourself.
I had the same thing a while ago but with one admin add.
You can remove them as TheAbie has suggested and prevent any more from adding themselves without your permission.
Yeah, have you added them? If not, you may want to delete them in the user's tab of your wordpress site's back office. They can do what you can do.
You may also want to head to settings > general. Uncheck your membership and save your changes. That's if you have it on.
You may want to get in touch with site support and have them check on your website.

Yes I'm Wilson..........I deleted about 9 ghost users but my membership was not public so I'm a little puzzled about it.

Yes, just go through and uncheck the box concerning "any one can join". I'd have to refresh my memory where that is located though, but it should be easy to fid.
