The Crossroads
The Crossroads of life
Quote of the day:
"At each point in our lives, we are at a crossroads. We are the fruit of our past and we are the architects of our future… If you want to know your past, look at your present circumstances. If you want to know your future, look at what is in your mind."
Matthieu Ricard
Looking back at my life, I realize that everything is about the choices one makes, which in turn, either makes, breaks or creates a person. You can either learn and grow from your past, continue to wish you could've, should've and would've in your present or be stagnant.
Many times I used to wonder why the choices that I have in most cases never be the choices I want to make a decision from. It was continuously choosing between the less of evils over and over. Choices rarely from several happy situations. So, I had a lot of soul-searching to do.
Then, I came to an understanding that I have to first change my thinking in the direction I want to go and ensure to be consistent with my thoughts daily. I had to change my environment to accommodate my personal goals in life. Open myself up to always seek to learn something new all the time, helps recreate my life path.
Then one day it came to me! I can create my own choices in life by first understanding where I want to go.
I'm making my choices. Are you making yours.. I Believe in you!
Best Endeavors,
Tim

Like you say life is full of choices. The challenge is making sure we take action to control as much as we can our future. The unknowns always appear, but proactive thinking makes a huge difference.
