I'm assuming we have to pay taxes on the revenue we generate with our websites. How do we go about doing that?
Generally when you sign up as an affiliate, they will require your tax info. As they want to be able to write that money off that they pay you. Additionally, you may get a 1099 from each of them.

I'm assuming we have to pay taxes on the revenue we generate with our websites. How do we go about doing that?
If you have a tax ID (for a business) you file as a business. If not you are considered "doing business as" and use your SSN.
In the case of the latter you just file your business expenses and income on your personal income taxes.
Oh- this is for US members - I am not familiar with other countries.
