Are you trying install a demo content from the 'Starter Templates' - and getting a 500 server error, you have two choices either upload theme without demo content, or dropbox plugin via site support (they'll try install it from their end)
If you contact them, they'll give you a dropbox link. Hope you get it resolved sooner.
