If you are referring to moving your website FROM Wealthy Affiliate (WA) and TO GoDaddy, then the GoDaddy tech support SHOULD be able to do that for you.
However, if you are referring to moving your GoDaddy hosted website to WA, then the following tutorials may be what you are looking for:

Hi, my business partner was leaving website comments in the Site Comments section. She misunderstood the process and accidentally left site feedback where she should have left
Thank you. I didn't know that this was going to be seen by all of WA. I submitted this through site support and to my surprise it posted here. I learned that when submitting a support ticket, if you check "no" to "is this a problem with your website" it posts to a classroom (here).
SitesSupport can only address technical issues. Everything else is thrown to the community. We bat it over the fence to Kyle or Carson based on the topic.
