Regarding affiliate credits - the page says "Affiliate credits are available to use or cash out when a minimum of 40 credits have been earned, and a 5% Starter
Maybe this will help: The WA Credit System - Our Internal Currency at WA! Or maybe the payment threshold you have set has not been reached - I'm not certain about that.
Scroll down on the page below to check it - maybe you have not reached the threshold, or you need to change it? ~Jude

Thank you! But that's not it...I have the payment set to $25 and the affiliate credits in the hundreds...

I believe the payments are issued on the 1st business day of the month through the WA affiliate system. What date did you make the request?
Did you check the Credit History at the end of the page to see if sheds any light on it?
Your best bet is to send Carson a private message to ask him about it, or you can put in a SiteSupport ticket and they will refer it to him.
Let us know the answer as it might help someone else down the track. ~Jude

Yes I will get in touch with Carson. The things is I cannnot use the credits although I have met the threshold criteria. So I must be missing something :)
But I will update here once I figure it out ;)
Yeah, they pay out once a month, like clockwork, to PayPal.
If you don't see it pending anywhere, then best find to find out what's happening. There is a 30 day wait on yearly commission payouts.
Community credits (for website comments and feedback), those cannot be cashed out - only used for other internal services.

Congratulations on becoming a WA Super Affiliate and earning a trip to the annual WA Super Affiliate Conference in Los Angeles!
I read the good news in your post: Vegas, baby When you can spare the time, those of us who have the same questions you did when you wrote this post are looking forward to the update you promised. :)
