My progress to date: COURSE 2, LESSON 10
This is a required submission of my progress to date. Comments and feedback are highly appreciated.
I began my journey with WA in June 2016. Attempting to maintain realistic expectations, I can say that I am very satisfied with my progress to date. When I started back in June of 2016 the compelling message was to focus on the training and try not to be overwhelmed with the volume of new information. Doing my best to manage, I clawed ahead optimistically.
The niche I have chosen to work within is "Health and Wellness", with a focus on aging Baby Boomers (of which I am one). My domain name is "choosetoagewell.com". I have a few (3) posts up on my site, as well as 16 posts within the WA platform. Having learned a ton so far, I feel that I have established a solid foundation for moving forward and doing some business.
Setting up a Google+ page and sharing content was a bit of a stretch for me. I did it though. Now, I feel like I am almost ready to get set up on another social media platform to extend my reach and get my message out. About a month ago I chose to re-do my website; just wasn't happy with my theme. Now I am happy with the new look and ready to move ahead.
As an added incentive for me to push forward I set a goal for myself back on Dec 1, 2016. My goal was to improve my WA ranking from 2000 to sub 500. I achieved this target on boxing day reaching a ranking of 488. Today I sit at 269 with my sights set on sub 200 by the end of Feb 2017. WA ranking means nothing when it comes to monetary success. It is merely a reflection of an individuals 'engagement' within the WA community. Engagement however, seems to keep one focused enough to achieve the eventual monetary targets we all have. I am thoroughly enjoying my experience so far with WA. :)
When I tally up my earnings to date, they come to approximately 0 $ :( ..!! Like I said, I am trying to maintain realistic expectations. I never considered this to be a quick money grab. So, I am patiently doing my time...following the training and building my foundation. Within the next 3 months I plan to continue adding content and make my first 1$. From there I will scale up and make my first 1k$ within the next 6 months. Within the next 12 months I will be at the 5k+ level of income.
There really is no limit to the opportunities available through this platform that WA offers. I get new ideas everyday for additional niches but I am resisting the urge to launch anything new before achieving a level of success with my initial effort.

Woohoo.. I'm with ya! I think I've probably accomplished more that I thought I would, but life throws a few curve balls and yep, no money yet but I think this is the beginning of "money ball" :)
