Hi all, I am putting some products on my first website, the first being Amazon as I thought it would be the easiest. My question is can I just snip the images from the product
Hello from Nottingham! Amazon is one of the strictest affiliate programs, they have a lot of rules and regulations.
One of them is that you cannot simply copy and paste images. you can only use the one image which is offered in the Site Stripe bar and you have to insert the HTML code on your website to generate the image. You cannot use any other images from the product page. Here is a link to training on adding Amazon links the correct way. Short Video On Adding Amazon Links To A Post Other rules include that you can't use their product descriptions, customer reviews, or star ratings. And you can't buy through your own links or allow your friends and family to use them either. And you have to make 3 sales in your first 180 days or you are removed from their program.

Amazon, of all affiliates, is the most restrictive about use of images. The answer to your question is "NO." Sorry.
