I would like to remove the privacy policy in the top of the menu.
Hi Mprod, That link below should do it, But if you can't get it you can try this video by jay.I just did it today so it can be done. Wordpress: Themes and the Appearance of Your Website about 30 mins into the video or so.

I understood the graph but I need more explication where and how I will receive those money.
The companies whose products you are promoting will pay. If you are an affiliate of Amazon (or another), they will pay you via check, paypal, or direct deposit.
