WA Thought for the Day 3: The Three Question Reality Check
Today I came across a blog post by a member I hadn't met before and thought it was very wise, it is called How Do You Spend Your Time at WA?
He asks you 3 questions on how you focus and spend your working time to get you further, and I think it is a great reality check to ask ourselves these 3 questions every single day. Notice he said "working time"! That is a subtle but very nice distinction of thought there. Not all our time is spent working - work hard play hard is something you hear some of the most successful people saying. Those who work all the time even if they are earning big money don't really set all of us the best example in how to live life to the full. All work and no play? No way!
I'm hearing that some people misunderstood what I have said in my blogs, even though I often say I love the social and fun side of WA people don't hear me say that. There even has been some negative comments and blogs misquoting me and written by people who didn't even ask me if they had understood me correctly. They also include the same sort of tactics used by the people currently attacking the WA platform:
- Accuse x of y, by doing y yourself. NOT a very logical equation!
Some say silence is the best strategy in situations like that. As for me the way I see it is:
a) Remind yourself of all the wonderful resources here at WA and all the wonderful people, and don't let your flame go out. https://my.wealthyaffiliate.co...

c) State the truth, don't let people walk over you, but don't feed negative energy or any activity that does not drive you closer to your goals.
I answered his 3 questions myself on his blog and will keep them pinned to my computer going forward! BTW There is no one way to answer the questions that is totally right or wrong, these questions make you look at yourself, your choices and make you aware.
Just remember the context is your success. :)

Thank you for sharing the 3 questions, really makes you think. BTW, I read your posts, and I respect you for speaking your mind regardless of what others say. Our world is built on diversity, and if everyone thought the same, then I wouldn't be here conversing with you. So post what you want, I appreciate your opinions, your openness, and honesty.

As for misunderstanding what you blogged about, I guess some people are irritated by the truth. Also, I think people who struggle to take constructive criticism are not ready for growth, and that is sad really. :(

Also a reminder of our power as writers, to write first and ask questions later can do a lot of harm. To write without getting a full understanding or getting to the truth of a matter, well I guess that is a bigger issue now in this internet age of such easy online access.
