It is usually inexperienced newbies who imo are getting caught up in a fashionable trend and fleeced. We have an expression in Ireland about being sold a pig in a poke, that means in a tight corner anything can look good and as a beginner you can't tell what you are getting. That is why I blogged recently about getting a little training under your belt before paying out for a mentor or making any important decisions about your site.

Actually you do not have to buy a website at all or pay anyone to build it, buying websites is NOT the point of my post, I'm just showing you perspective in prices because some people will want to buy and that is perfectly fine, but now you see what a good business offers you and for what price. I see so many people getting ripped off because they don't know these things.
I know someone who bought one of those pro sites a few years back and that person is making a good income today - that person works very hard and lives and breathes his niche, there is no magic there, just saying his success is still a proper review for those sites that he was not put up to putting on the dashboard here.

And he also passes on his wisdom in here by helping us out for free. When Kyle said you'd be rubbing shoulders with millionaires in here he was not kidding, there's a few of them knocking about.

I know which member you are referring to and yes I`m on his email list so he did send me an email to say prices are going up.
Now you`re really right about most things you mentioned.
I have bought a site from the said member and 100% no regrets, it`s a lot of money and what he plans on charging as from tomorrow is twice the amount.We have different reasons for buying websites.I was struggling and thought of changing niches but was not ready to do all the work so I needed a quick fix then to pick up and that`s exactly what I did.Am I happy...I think the answer is yes.Will I do it again today? $500 is a lot of money so this is for someone who wants to go it long term and decide to invest.
I think people rush to buy websites when they do not trust themselves and think a ready-made site will miraculously make them money forgetting that what you get is a site and you have to do all the hard work.
He`s a great guy, I respect him.
He is a great guy and I totally support the packages he is offering, I don't want anyone to be confused about that.
There are people in here though being offered much more expensive 'help' and getting duped, so I'm showing what a real good deal looks like for people thinking of buying, EVEN at twice the price from November it is better than what some people are paying out in here at the moment to the wrong peeps who are not experienced and pro like this guy.

I believe what you are saying about learning to build your own website, rather than paying someone to do it for you. WA offers excellent training to be successful along with a helpful community.

In Ireland there is a grant for 3000 euros, business websites can be got for that and the so-called professionals do a terrible job on the ones I've seen, they don't know what we learn at WA for traffic and SEO and even user experience.
My point is if you are been asked to shell out $1000-$1500 or so for a 'pro website' then take a look at what you can get for even less than that from someone with a proven track record over a number of years and WA training
...personally, the people I've seen here with their 3k websites sank, some of them don't even have a website up now, it's not just about money, it's quality and training.
I understand that all too well. Being still a rookie at the business, there are lots of people who want you to pay them tons of money to start up a website and put all the bells and whistles with it. Everything takes time and hard work. I was with another affiliate and was getting nowhere and paying $200 a month. I did this for 2 months. I went looking and researching and found WA. I am so blessed to be here because I get so much more for my investment. I have been able to get two websites off the ground and now I am trying to get through my other courses in here. Being a member of WA since early 2015 believe me, I know the tremendous savings that one gets if looking at the entire package of what WA has to offer. Going yearly represents even more savings versus premium.
All members should realize that the cost alone of having a website built for them, outside of WA as you pointed out Mary is extravagant! $998 beginning tomorrow, Nov. 1st? That is not exactly chump change! The premium package at around $1,300 is just plain absurd.
For that price, sadly, there still would be no absolute guarantee that the person running the business would achieve monetary success.
By comparison, the amount to have a starter website built for an individual would equal out to more than 3 YEARS of the cost of a WA membership at the yearly price, (coming in at $299/year) if one takes advantage of the late Nov. Black Friday special.
To add further insult to injury, a person out on his/her own paying all of that money for someone to build a website for him/her would not be receiving any training on how to build up his/her online business, perhaps promoting affiliate market products. I see a lot of "bells and whistles" that were a part of the extras involved with the starter website option. I see nothing about actual educational training.
Instead on his/her own it would mean more $$$$ coming out of that individual's pocket if he/she is intent on learning the ropes through training/tutorials/webinars, etc.
As you so clearly pointed out Mary, members of WA, (especially new ones) need to understand all that is given to them in order to eventually grow a profitable online business through this program. A member can easily build a website on his/her own, accomplished in under 30 minutes. The website does not come as an extra cost as obviously it would be part of the free, (2 websites) premium or yearly membership fees.
It simply does not get better than what WA has to offer thanks to Kyle and Carson!

We certainly have incredible resources here at an incredible price. The pro sites I describe in this case are truly pro and do have backup and training, however I know some people pre-November price change ALREADY spending $1500 on getting a hand with their sites in here, and it shows that even at twice the price those pro-sites come in less! People really do need to see what they have in here exactly like you say Jeff, and if tempted to buy [as some people will always want that] then to know their prices.

Not only did we build our own, we have everything here to run them and have the best chance of making a successful business from them!

Those pro sites are actually at the better end of the pricing scale and people walk away with a real good site from that particular legit business.
What makes me sad is the peeps who pay out much more than this and don't get a good site, and I know people in WA need to be made aware of that for their own good.
I hope many members get to read this, it will benefit everyone as it has myself :)
