Customer surfs to other pages? Do you still get any kind of commission? Or is each link specific to only one product? This is probably further in the training, but I am impa
With Amazon, that's the cool thing. It's like Robert say. If they get to Amazon through your link and buy another product than the one you recommended, you get the commission.
In fact, you will get commissions to all the products they can add in that same purchase if they decide to buy 2 or 3 items that day after going there through your link.
If people click on say your Amazon link and are taken to the Amazon page that link refers to but don't buy that product and go onto buy another product while still on Amazon through your link then you still get the commission from whatever product they buy.
If its your WA Affiliate link and they don't sign up then of course you don't get anything.
Robert
So basically we just want to get them to Amazon through our affiliate link..interesting. I have clicked on so many affiliate links and then continued browsing through a site and made other purchases. I had no idea that person could get commissions on it all. That is awesome! Thanks for the quick response! :)
As long as they remain within Amazon through your original link then yes you still get the commissions

You have to check what length the "cookie" is. With Amazon, it's 24 hours, so if someone clicks and leave, then comes back two days later, you won't get credit. If they add to cart, I think it's like a 30 day cookie.
Other websites have 7 day, 30 day, 60 or 90 day, or even lifetime cookies.
