Growth mind-set with wealthy affiliate

No fear

I started the Wealthy Affiliate nearly 7 months ago and saying I was motivated would be an understatement. I was more than determined to change my habits and make sure that the next few months I would be a success. When you set a new year resolution, you have this idea that by a particular time, you should have achieved a certain goal. Let's look at weight loss for example. When you join the gym you imagine yourself as a beacon of health in 6 months time completely dismissing the hard days, the sick days and the days you have to pick yourself up and keep moving.

This describes my life with wealthy affiliate so far. I started with a lot of energy, I even completed the first course in no time at all. Now the second course, I got a little overwhelmed especially when I had to share my blog with others. I felt that I was not good enough and I really had to get over than hurdle in order to continue the second part. I made excuses in my head everyday not realising that everyone is in the same boat.I had to assess my habits and be honest with myself. It has taken me more than 3 months to get anyone to go through my blog, how it happened is a mystery to me. However, the fact that I have crossed that hurdle means that fear is just that. It does not improve our lives it just makes us freeze.

In conclusion, my main aim of writing this is to encourage that individual that does not feel worthy enough. We have enough battles each day and bashing yourself will not help you in the journey. I know that I won't have everything I want tomorrow, but I shall keep working on my goals consistently until I get there. Be encouraged and don't give up.
