I am totally flexible?

I am totally flexible as long everything goes my way:) From time to time I have experienced set backs. To make a plan then make another plan because things did not go according to plan. I am so happy when I see one our members make it to the Top 200 to the Top 100. I have even talked to some members who have shared with me that getting raked is awesome. But what the training and support is even better.

Being flexible is a must in business and my personal life. No I don't like change. But in order for growth to happen change is needed. I can't have a plan to be a blogger or anything else and not be flexible. It will be times when I meet or exceed the mark, It will also be times when I don't meet the mark and have to adjust my approach.

How do I know when I am flexible? When, I have to make a changes and I make them with little to no hesitation. I have found that changes happen without my permission. Some changes can be planned and some I have to deal with when that happen. I do my best not to resist change. When, I resist change that makes the change even more difficult.

Remaining flexible can help with growth and development. The lack of flexibility will slow the process and make growth and development nearly impossible.Be flexible and Be Great!!!
