Effective Leadership.
Some time ago I remember a speaker sharing the Best Leaders are followers. He went on to explain no matter where you are in any process in order to be a great leader you must be able follow. A Leader is not some one that will hold your hand and make things easy for you but will support and guide you where needed. Each person is responsible for their own success. A leader is also be a good listener.Your process will be your process. A leader must lead by example. If we look at the way WA is situated you will see some people who are newer, have a lower ranking and less blog post. When I see their great ranking I am always curious to what they did to get that great ranking. One of my goals as a leader is to be in the top 200 ranking and then the top 100 ranking. I admire anyone that is able to achieve this goal(s). I do believe the Leaders are the people who have helped a lot people in their process of development at WA
One on the other qualities of a leader is when things don't go according to plan. If you enjoy leadership when things are well, will you stay around when things are at their worst and work at making things better. Good leadership is not easy. I feel as a member of WA we are ALL Leaders. Leadership is like a door knob, everyone can get a turn at it, no matter who we are or where we come from.

The numbers to me aren't as important as the learning, within the community! It will be a long time before I'm able to lead.
Hi Motivator61, some very good points. I love using the terms efficient, effective and productive when it comes to leadership and now I will add responsible. I really like your trend of though and believe that taking the initiative to connect on WA mean that there is some level of leadership qualities exist within.
