I am going to see what others say. But there is no official "hold" setting for a membership.
What I know is that you would have to
Cancel your membership. If you come back within 60 days and renew your membership your website will still exist and you can continue where you left off. After 60 days your website will be deleted.

As long as you stay within the 60 days period, it is okay especially if your site is hosted with WA.
Otherwise, you need arrange alternative hosting for your website before your subscription ceases as you would be locked out the platform, site support back ups are only available for 60 days.
You can never revert back to being a starter.
I also suggest you backup your sites, you can use the AIO WP Migration or Updraft plugins. UpdraftPlus is a premium and highly recommended

Also domain names must have passed the grace period of 60 days for you to be able to transfer them out.

Hi - you don't have to click "ignore site" you can simply click away from the platform and come back later. If there is no content to comment on, you can click "report site".
I'll either go do something else and come back later in the day or I try to ask questions about it and just type what comes to mind.
I think they need to do to check the websites for a minimum amount of content like they check comments to make sure they are a minimum length.

I think you have to create either an ordered or unordered list before you can use the outdent and indent buttons. You may have dome additional options in the WordPress editor once you publish it to your site.
