Whenever I go to view my website from another devise
To see what it looks like I can’t see anything because it says that the content is protected and I can only see it
As New marketpro says it may be due to the theme you. Why not submit a support ticket to the guys and they will point you in the righ directions
I can't tell coz I don't know what theme and plugins you have on your site.
If you don't mind sharing it here or PM, maybe I can check.
No expert but will try some troubleshooting.
Another option, reach out to Support as they can have direct access to your site and see what's has been configured there.

Does your site have plugin that only allow content to be displayed after they register to your site?
May be you can share your site for the community to test it out.

Did you publish the post as 'Private'?
