Chrome really isn't that much different when it comes to browsing websites. I think if you just spend a little time using Chrome, you will get used to it and like it better than IE.
I am not aware of any tutorials here at WA. as far as tools for AM? extensions exist. I don't really use many of them.
I use a pagerank tool the most.
Apologies, i'm probably being very thick here but i'm struggling with a couple of the site features: I covered off the first two actions and set up a profile description & image. I
Hey thanks @Rich & Rizzer. Just ticked off my Live Chat action.
I did try Chrome before asking but I was still looking for a Submit button!
When i first started looking into IM the general advice was to 'master' FireFox to make use of Add-Ons etc - is that still best practice? Just trying to minimise the strain on my old brain :)
Use Chrome, it is by far the best browser going and I do not recommend overloading extensions or add ons to your browser. The more you have, the more potential conflicts you will have with web pages that you visit.
Great to have you here at WA :)
HI Morf. Welcome. I'd recommend switching to Google Chrome rather than using IE with WAU. Also, Chrome has the largest share of the browser market, so you'll be seeing your site how the largest percentage of your viewers will see it. In chat or search, just hit return, there's no submit button. Rich.
The search results adjust as you enter words automatically, no need for an enter button. Hope this helps
