What is the difference? How do we know which content we should put in a page compared to content in a post? Should they be intertwined somehow?

Think about when you visit any other webpage. The stuff that you want people to find quickly and help define your webpage are things you'll find on pages. Posts will be changing on a constant basis, so I don't put anything crucial to my site in a post. Posts will still drive traffic to your site though, and that's why keyword research is so important. If you find that a post you've created is driving a lot of traffic based on it's keywords, you could either leave it or convert it to a page if you feel it's something you want your readers to find quickly. Just some thoughts.

Thank you! This added a lot of clarity to my original thought.. which was simply that the more distinguished ideas belong in a page instead of a post! I know on the pages I can directly link to my posts too, which I have been incorporating..

This was a lot of help, thanks again :)

Anytime! Good luck to you!
