"Your site is running an outdated version of PHP that is no longer support
Hey Paul,
Just contact SiteSupport and ask them to update the PHP for that particular website.
This will be updated to one of the 8.1 versions and typically SiteSupport may change the server that your website is hosted on.
However, none of this will affect you or your website and it is usually completed very quickly.

I told them today it was not urgent so if the server will be updated during the year this is fine. But they told me it will not be updated, only moving to a new server is the option. So I said fine move it. Strange that it must be done in such a way for each site separately. They also said no activity on the site in that period, it may be lost.
But mines was SQL. Not PHP. Just send them a screen shot of what you are seeing and they will get back with ya

If you use Wordpress, most of the background code is PHP. Most (perhaps all) data (system setup parameters, content, etc.) is kept in an enormous database that is based on the SQL protocol.

Hi - if you earned your cash credits through referring new members, then no, you can't cash out until 5% of them have upgraded to premium.
If however, you earned the cash credits through Site Comments, you can cash out whenever you reach $10.
I don't know this I would like to know as well as l have no referrals and I have cash credits. Thank you for asking the question.

You are welcome Fiona. WA Credits earned from site comment cannot be cashed out. The are to be used with WA. Cash Credits earn from domain sales and from creating training can be cashed out anytime. But WA referral Credits can be made available to cash out only when 1 in every 20 of your referrals upgraded to premium and you are required to hold a minimum of minimum of 40 WA cash Credit in your account. Kyle is managing the financial side and billing.
Carson is managing the services offered by the WA platform.
They both are accessible in live-chat for questions.
And you can contact them both via PM as a premium member for advice.
Starter members have to contact them via the main website, they can not use the PM function.
