I thought I had 3 more days before I had to quit premium membership. It didn't pull until the 19th of July (last month).

I am asking for a refund and would like to expla

OldMCSEGuy is correct — the only person that can help you with this is Kyle, and you'll have to message him directly with the request. Make sure to cancel your membership in the meantime through your account settings, just to make sure this doesn't happen again.

I'm sorry Pribs I thought I was writing to some administrative department or to Kyle himself since I punched on his account.
I did write another request through the settings but I will try to write Kyle again. Thank you. God Bless.

WA is not my business. But if it were I would not provide a refund for something that is your choice on the way you allocate it. I will suggest sending a private message to Kyle. He has the power to give you a refund if you have a valid reason. Best of luck to you.

You can contact site support to see what they can do for you about that. If it's just the data usage from watching the videos, I would go sit at McDonalds or Taco Bell with my notepad or phone and watch them before I would quit WA! You cannot find all that is offered here for the price anywhere else on the web. Not to mention the hosting of multiple sites and the helpful community. I've heard people talk about paying way more and getting much less than we get here.
