My money was deducted through my bank account without my permission. Is it right? I suppose to approve any payment before deduction. I need to disable the process to avoid thi
I am not really sure how it is possible for this to happen without you knowing. Maybe I am missing something. As a free member, you do not need to enter any payment details. So in order for money to come out, you must have entered your payment details using one of the options available. By doing this you would have agreed to the terms and conditions of money coming out each month. If I am missing something then I do apologise.
When you signed up to premium membership, you agreed to a recurring monthly subscription. It is clearly stated in the terms of service.
If you now wish to cancel, click on your profile photo, go to account settings, then membership. Click cancel billing.
Please note there are no refunds and you cannot return to being a free member. You will lose all access to this platform.
