I did a change in daniellandry.siterubix.com theme fonction and now I can't access the site any more. I am getting an 500 error.

Hi Michel, it could be a number of things, such as an internal server error, plugin problem, or overloading the php memory.
I'm not sure, but by adding that extra code to your php you may have exhausted the php memory limit. To increase the memory limit you need to create a blank text file, php.ini. Now paste the following code into it: memory=64mb, save it and upload to the wp-admin folder using FTP, try uploading your website and see if it works.
If it does it may only be temporary, as there could be a number of causes that are exhausting your php memory. Contact you web hosting company, who can look into the server logs and diagnose exactly what it causing the problem.
In many cases a corrupted .htaccess file will cause a 500 error message and needs to be renamed. To do this you will need to log into your website using FTP and rename the .htaccess file to something like .htaccess_back. Now try reloading your site and see if it has worked, if it has, go to your dashboard, click setttings>permalinks>save.This will generate a new .htaccess file and ensure that posts and pages do not return a 404.
If it hasn't worked it could be a plugin problem. Again, using FTP, log into you site and deactivate the plugins all at once by inserting deactivate next to plugins in your FTP, try reloading your site and see if it has solved the problem. If it has you now need to activate the plugins one by one to find out which has been causing the problem.
Finally, if all else fails, put in a support ticket explaining exactly what you have done and see if they have the answer. Hope this helps, and best of luck in solving the problem.
If you have a lot of work into the subdomain, then I think you may need SiteSupport to help you with this one. Go to the light-blue menu item under Live Chat and click, "SiteRubix -> SiteManager. Then under your profile image, click SiteSupport and open a help ticket for support.
WOW...okay, don't panic. You can do 3 things.
1. It's a SiteRubix website so delete and do it again.
2. On the right side of your Post/Page, you can VIEW CHANGES. Choose the one you want and SAVE.
3. Contact Support.
I can't login to it .... ? and I tried posting a ticket but it seem like their is something that I'm doing wrong and can't seem to figure it out .... it keeps giving me an error ....

QUIT! This company is for basically corporate or very large customers....although there are some nice tips within the site...there is no way you need this....QUIT!
Have you searched google for a members forum or groups on FB etc. Members forums often give the answer you are after.
They are a marketing company, site development company I bought in with them and trying to decide if i should stay and try them out ...
I honestly think that everything you need to build a successful website/business is right here at WA!
I know their refund policy ... all of this started on Friday ... talked with the owner Todd Myers today ... he gave me an extention on the refund .... that why I'm looking if anyone had any experience with them ...
I've never heard of them before either. Sounds like they're giving you some trouble. Might want to look into the BBB to see if there's anything on them in there.
