I left for 4 months for serious health reasons while I was recovering I was not able to keep my premium membership up to date and my membership lapsed as a result my 3 websites
When you leave you have a month to arrange alternative hosting, if you don't your memberships are lost. However you could contact support they may have a backup but I would not hold your breathe if you did not back them up they are probably gone
That is a great question Michael, it is my understanding that when they are gone they are gone. Hopefully I am wrong and someone else with more knowledge will have a better answer for you. I am glad that you are back, much success to you my Friend.
Reactivation of old websites from unactive membership?

I bet they will be able to get it back up.
As far as I know, you have 30 days to move your websites to your own hosting and if not, everything is lost.

Hi Michael! It seems to me that there's a technical error on their end. I'm sure you're not the only one having this issue. I have no experience with atcontent.com, though. I hope someone else at WA has and can help you out more effectively. Good luck!
