What really matters
No matter what you do, the most important thing is developing friends and dear ones in family and in business. It doesn't matter the realm of smarts that you have. In a pinch that is forgotten about in a flash.
You can read every book ever written but unless you apply it to what you write, it's just dust in the wind. The things you learn in family, in grade school, high school and college are temporarily gained but easily forgotten.
You can use style and writing guides follow the best rules of etiquette but if it doesn't resonate with other people it matters nothing!
Life is short! To excel here and anywhere you need all the support you can put together. That's how its done in business and how it should be done with you!

Thanks for this reminder Mike!
Even on a platform like this we should build our happiness and not just our bank account. Money doesn't make happy but it helps to fulfil our dreams and set us at ease.
Deep and meaningful there Mike, are you having one of those reflective moments. Life is short and I guess in the hustle and bustle of life, we can easily let that notion slip from our radars.
Yes life is short so we need to enjoy all we do and appreciate all we already have in life. Even the not so good parts as they are lessons in life and for us to learn and go forward from.
