Uniqueness and innovation
Culinary infusion is cause for celebration on the global stage. The desire for hot beverages led the British and other Europeans to worldwide exploration and subsequent conquest
The British and Portuguese turned east and helped develop appealing tastes in coffee and especially tea. From vanilla in Madagascar and cocoa east in Africa the drive to find and export was fueled in earnest.
This was later inherent in the development of common spices like cinnamon and peppercorns in India, southeast Asia and Indonesia These same European powers helped develop the west as well! Most commodities seem to have their origin in the central and South American regions.
Squash, tropical fruits, and grains like corn as well as cocoa west were introduced to the maritime trading engine by the Spanish and Portuguese as well. The only clear exception in North America is the cranberry. This had to be sweetened by tropical sugars in order to be edible!
The cravings behind seeking out new tastes have now moved to the laboratory floor. Since 2010 the standard self serve allows a mix of flavors designed to promote unique tastes.
Starting with Coke and Pepsi as basic it is possible to mix, orange , peach, lime and other berry flavors with your drink. Cherry lime is a special choice that resonates well.
Now Coke and Pepsi have taken it up a notch. You no longer have to mix the flavors. They are mixed for you in a fancy new signature bottle with eye appealing colors.
Coca Cola experimented with California raspberries and Georgian peaches to give a regional twist to product marketing. Coke's research team concentrated on more that 30 different flavors with close to 10,000 consumers. This approach along with cutting edge packaging design takes marketing to a very effective level!
We introduce many new elements into our information product mix frequently. This can be our niche topics in our websites or marketing leads As long as it captures the reader interest and appeal, it is a success !
Every day you power up your computer you should be thinking how can I make my copy a better experience for the reader, user, client and customer!!

Most interesting, Mike.... Always the eye out for a new wrinkle to share with us; thank you!
Tim
I find the picture interesting since I am a Georgia girl who was born in California and peach and raspberry are two of my favorite flavors. Coka-Cola did their research!
I had a beet juice infused with ginger drink on a recent trip As the Russians love beets so much in borsht and other dishes I would call it Kola Cola (kola peninsula) in the far north!
Great post Mike. I have had the opportunity to try a couple of these flavors just to see if they lived up to their hype, and much to my surprise either Coke of Pepsi did well. Not well enough for me to go out of my way, but nonetheless, the marketing worked. Adapting that approach can only lead to success, how does it go, "if we build it they will come".
Thanks MIke
