Undoing Gaffes
I was gust looking at some questions on recent threads about taking down or changing posts that have content posted by mistake. I see a lot of purple draped self take down advisories. This can happen by surprise and before you know it hitting publish puts it in there.
The best approach is to be preemptive. Map it out and carefully place it. Check for the grammatical effects from structure of verbal syntax, sentence flow and font size.
Think of your overall purpose: humor, engendering curiosity, constructive ranting, praising someone and creating a shining persona of attributes Blogging is a great and powerful art. It can make someone's day or put them down in the dumps
We have a great team here. With a little artistic work we can make it even greater!

Great cartoon! Yes, blogging is powerful and we should strive to make people feel good, not bad.
Very true. I find myself sometimes typing away and then hastily post it oftentimes by mistake. Blogs need to be treated like writing a book or news piece. it needs to be proofread before publishing it, sometimes need one to slepp over it and read it again the next day.
A great message Mike. We definitely have the power to uplift or crush people with our comments within WA. Thankfully the majority are uplifters but I have been bitten by a few crushers in my time here.
