time to plan strategically
The number of business failures these days is endemic.Never Never has it been more important to do. First you have to set benchmark points as standards and markers. This is necessary to measure success in any venture.
Hammer out those goals in specific terms. Place them in a dynamic process that you know and control. The 5 W's is always a reliable yardstick.
- Who are you dealing with and want to help?
- What and how do you want to do to promote their fortunes and your business?
- What is the timing of your actions?. When is the most appropriarte kickoff point?
- Where in the process map do you insert and igniite your actions?
- Ultimately the Why of your business .. Why is this niche or course of action the best?
After you plan, do and act you repeat as necessary strive ve to identify more critical decisions and goals at every repeat iteration of your decision process. You will feel the process of success!

Thanks for the plaan you outline. It's easy to see how it would benefit one if the plan is followed and executed (and the restarted anew).
Thanks again!

Very good points @MKearns! It's so crazy how online businesses can fail within their first 1-3 years, just as fast as a brick and mortar businesses in the same time frame. The only difference is that with an online business, it is MUCH easier to recoup your initial investment! Nonetheless, this is a great roadmap for either route one decides to take!
Brilliant thank you for sharing this valuable and helpful as well as very useful.
I will be saving and sharing this.
Here's to making it happen in 2019
All the best
For a happy and successful New Year

This is certainly a timely post...something we should all pay attention to with the new year so close offshore. (Can you tell I live in a place where there are lots of boats?)
