Summer Bliss
In the hot months in the Northern Hemisphere, we all need some cooling refreshment.
I'm no just talking about water here but something even better!...Watermelon! It has many benefits and is far better for us with nutrient infusion han just water.
Who doesn't remember the luscious red pulp and sweet juice. In fact I have some in the refrigerator and as soon as I finish this post will reward mself (a great writing tool) right now!, More about this great food (it's not a fruit) is available here

Watermelon is my favorite! You are right about proper refreshment. I have eaten three miniature seedless watermelons over the past few weeks. That is when I was joining WA and choosing a niche! Go figure!!
You'll see these melon looking thing on sections of the Appalachian trail if you've hiked it. But don't eat! The bitterest thing on the planet!
We're on a countdown to summer here...there's only 4 days of winter left...can hardly wait for it to be over!
I used to live near lots of watermelon festivals. They had eating contests and seed-spitting contests, and all the melon you could eat!
