One of the prized attributes we are taught to see in a coach and mentor is to see value in everyone. If we don't value a person how can we coach them to be a useful business player.
As a mentoring trainer we must balance out a whole range of traits In the example here conditions and problems must be weighed in the human equation as well. The type of person who can make any situation a rainy day is well worth training and recruiting.
On a positive note this gives you a zero-day blank slate. Successful turnarounds are made of real live;people who use their talents ingeniously in a pinch!
There's been some recent talk about mentoring \n our community This is well worth pursuing as a career/ Many of us are helping out with with members There is an undercurrent of crying need for mentors.
WA doesn't offer programs for support at cost. One has to find training out there and learn then build up a good client list for credibility. The final step is to advertise on your website. I'd like to see a mentoring program get off the ground here!

That is an excellent Idea my should approach Kyle and Carson with this wonderful idea of a mentoring program just like the ambassador program. That would be great.
Because we could use a mentoring program something to think about anyway. It could be set up something like the ambassador program well something like that anyway.

I think mentoring takes place all the time here...so many members...yourself included...guide us and show us the tools and practices that they find helpful. It's up to us to validate and use the information.
We are all here to help each other and we always appreciate the information you post.
Mentoring could be a good idea here, going forward.
Mentoring is a very specialised career but we can all mentor people we bring in to wealthy affiliate. After all we have all been there at the starter stage so we know what we would have needed as a starter from our recruiter. We also know what is needed further on down the road.
Mentoring is about letting people come to the right conclusion by themselves, by asking them the right questions, dependant on their stage of learning.

I'd love to have more in-depth assistance than WA members are set up to give. This is not a criticism. Most of the time I get exactly the help I need. It means I have questions that require more time than the current model was designed to handle. It would be great to have experienced, successful members set up for this type of endeavor available to guide me to a specific goal with my site.

This is understandable, and I have had this on occasion where
Live Chat is not the place to receive the help I need I then
locate the member with the most knowledge of what is required
and we communicate using PM. This has worked very well
for me you may want to give it a try :)
As I do not do live chat too often ..hard to keep track of at times.
I too have use pm to just get the help it bas worked well fkr me also.
I have done PMs from time to time with good success. What I’m thinking about is someone who can really critique my site and give solid advice, based on experience, on the next logical step. Instead of reinventing the wheel, I’d like to be able to benefit from the experience of others. This just seems way to presumptuous a request to make without some sort of remuneration.

Nicely said, mentoring in all phases of life are necessary and
I know that I do offer one on one coaching to the people I invite
to WA to join as my referrals.
I have even done a post on mentoring giving back experience
and time can be a very rewarding experience.

You have just read my mind. We desperately need one, there is kind of members can be benefited and grow their business without any hesitation.
Many of them paying money every month but no profit, because of somewhere they stuck. If you ask a question, but no answer as a discussion.
I think it is a good idea for WA members.
