Making changes is great for business. Like any change. Labor is hell and it's the delivery that brings joy! There are many approaches to the "5 W" approach to determining process changes in every any business.
The 5 W's have been brought up many times. I have brought them uo in past posts and advisories
However it's like doing strip surface miining.You skim the riches from the surface with the questions where they are visible. Bur there is a huge 95% of questions that can be answered by digging deeper.
There are a billion blades of grass beneath the surface..Jjust taking one example- when, there can be an attendant who' how, whhat, where and why with several instances.
Then the dynamics of passing time can be applied. This will transform the potential approaches into the thousands.
The ultimate goal is to embed organic development into the process.The desired approach should yield a seamless record and a business cemented in a sure integral process!

More companies should have their key people fill this out BEFORE the make major moves. I dare say different departments will give different answers. Well done MK!

I'm glad you posted this and im very glad i read the post. I have an opportunity to acquire another shop, and serious change will take place as i will be leading more than one location.
This is a great way for me to formulate a way for both locations run as one. Great post, and i can't wait to implement this strategy.
