There are close to 1 million members in Wealthy Affiliate in nominal membership. In actual membership after you subtract those who are inactive there are probably about 50,000 who participate from time to time. In any one day There is an average however of 250 blog posts
In any one day There is an average however of 250 blog posts. Even with the reduced number of active visible participants the number goes up to approximately 10,000 over the course of a year.
You might get tired off seeing the volume of interaction from time to time. Consider This is a GREAT community. Each of these are people with dreams , aspirations and challenges same as ourselves. Each person has a unique personality and set of values to add to our whole community.
I find that many of you shine here with beautiful personalities like shedding stardust. I don't try to pay attention to many at one time. That is not possible. But when I do engage with one person I focus on their unique contributions to our team and make it clear how their talents magnify their self worth AND our community!

I have been totally bitten by the WA bug, I was hooked after day 3 and just can't wait until my scheduled time to be here comes around.
I am surprised at how low the blog figures are :-( when you consider two are yours and two are mine that means there are only 246 out there per day :-(
I love to work with people who want to make a difference and are willing to learn and there are some amazing people here in WA who join with no knowledge whatsoever on how to build a website (like me ;-) ) but have the determination to make a difference. They work their way through the training, ask questions and then get their heads down and do the work.
Here's to a year of helping people to help themselves to make a difference to their lives :-)

It's a beautiful, beautiful story about a starfish, Mike. I read it before, and it's very appropriate here. You are definitely that person making a difference in my life, in life of many here, because like many people here,I have felt your support and concern since almost my first days in WA.:)
