Sam and Iris' post today got me searching and finding this nice little interactive tool. It gives global and country population information as well.
Good for state of the art research. and bouncing WA membership % proportions against general population, First one who stays up to see he ball drop at exactly 7.5 billion wins the grand prize!

It's shocking to know there are billions in a nation.
I think the statistics are quite accurate in my country, Philippines.
That is very interesting information Michael. So pleased to see New Zealand is not 'bottom of the list'.
What a bizarre thing to watch - as people are born and die at an amazing rate...makes me feel very tiny in a big world. I sat and watched it for a several minutes trying to grasp those numbers changing are real people. Very interesting.
