comfort food season
We all love the fall season. This is a great time to reassess seasonal goals. The football season brings to mind great niche ideas like snack helmets. Holidays like Thanksgiving loom and we are already into early Christmas shopping days!
Time to mine those Amazon seasonal product lines and don't overlook secondary sources as well such as Walmart and the bidding world of E-Bay!
Black Friday days and deals are only 60 days away. Can you spell $$? Time to extend your membership and recruit those members for the new year. Better hurry! the clock is ticking on that Vegas deal also!
Comfort foods introduce a concept of a niche worthy in it's own right! Who hasn't felt the need to sit down to a warm bowl of chili or hunter's stew after a cold day outside?
This is a "foodie" economy. Nothing quite so satisfies as consumables you can sink your teeth into and satisfy your passions comfortably as well!
An oft overlooked food that rules during this season is the pumpkin. indeed other gourd vegetables are also by extension as versatile. Butternut squash is a great source of beta carotene indistinguishable from pumpkins. The 'green squash' (zucchini) can also be sweetened into pies as well
Pumpkin is the ultimate fall comfort food. It can be modified into several product lines:
- pies
- rolls
- bagels bread
- waffles
- cereals
- cookies
- ice cream
- nut mixtures
- soups
- mac(pumpkin) and cheese
- and more
Trader Joes is on to this concept big time!. It is definitely well centered to rake in investment In the comfort food market in these Amazonian days. Time to be alert for those fall deals!

Wow! Pumpkin is such a versatile nature's gift...be it foods (so many options!) or be it to create those scary looking monsters on Halloween!
For us, Pumpkin soup is almost like a staple, with either chicken, or veggies.
Yes, you are right, Thanksgiving, Christmas are just round the corner!!
Thanks
My favorite is Mac & Cheese and that does not go well with my attempt at living Paleo. My mouth is watering. Thanks, Jay
Yes I guess it's 'that' time of the year 'already'.
Although I do love the Fall with it's more comfortable weather and watching the leaves change to pretty colours.
My niche for the Fall season would be a darker handbag, packing up the white ones for those who don't use that colour year round :)
